五、性狀:結晶品(三水)為無色透明結晶或白色結晶粉末,無水物為白色結晶性粗粉或塊狀,無臭,稍有醋樣氣味。結晶品相對密度1.45,在溫暖干燥的空氣中易風化,1g約溶于0.8mL水和19mL乙醇。無水品相對密度1.528,熔點324℃,吸濕性很強,1g約溶于2mL水中。
六、用途:緩沖劑、調(diào)味劑、pH值調(diào)節(jié)劑、增香劑、呈味劑等。
七、包裝:內(nèi)襯聚乙烯塑料袋,外套復合塑料編織袋包裝,每袋25kg。
八、貯存與運輸:本品應貯存在干燥通風清潔的庫房中,裝載運輸時要輕裝輕放,防止包裝破損,防止受潮、受熱,運輸過程中防止雨淋受潮,應與有毒物品隔離。
